Umbro

When Umbro, sponsor and official kit supplier of the England national football team, was purchased by the American sports apparel and footwear giant Nike in 2007, a period of investment and improvement at the company's facilities in the UK followed. This included ruggedised vehicle computer terminals for its warehouse operations, provided by DLoG UK.

Labtech Ltd

Labtech have recently purchased a Preactor 400 APS Finite Capacity Scheduling System from DLoG (UK) Ltd for it's plant in Prestigne, Powys.

Labtech is a UK based specialist high technology company offering Broadband Microwave Components and a range of related Microwave Manufacturing Services. Labtech has two UK based centres of manufacturing excellence producing Microwave PCB's, Broadband Microwave Components, MMIC Packaging Solutions and a comprehensive Microwave MIC Assembly Service including Microwave Design, Alignment and Test up to 40GHz.


Weatherford Oil Tool M.E. Ltd

Weatherford Ltd, a leading provider of equipment and services used in drilling, completion and production of oil and natural gas oil wells, including cementing engineering, oilfield equipment, water blasters and chemical injection pumps, for the Oil & Gas industry purchased a Preactor Finite Capacity Scheduling system from DLoG UK. The system is installed at Weatherford's offices in the Dubai Investments Park, Jebel Ali, Dubai, UAE and is supporting their machine shop in Dubai for the expansion in the oil industry in that part of the world. The company has since migrated to our sister company Seiki Systems' DNC solution.


Alcan Smelting and Power UK

Alcan Smelting and Power UK have recently invested in DLoG's range of vehicle mount terminals for it's Smelting facility in Lynemouth.

Alcan's Primary Metal group encompasses all the Company's aluminium smelting facilities and power generation installations. The group produces value-added aluminium in the form of sheet ingot (mainly used by the automotive, beverage can and foil markets), extrusion billet, rod and foundry ingots for affiliates and for third-party customers, serving the transportation, building and construction, consumer goods and machinery markets.



BorgWarner Turbo Systems

Borg Warner Turbo Systems are specialists in advanced turbocharger technology. For passenger or commercial vehicles, industrial, locomotive or marine engines: whatever the application, BorgWarner Turbo Systems has just the right turbocharging system. DLoG are supplying 50 Industrial PCs (IPCs), which will be networked to metal cutting and assembly machines at the customer's Bradford manufacturing site. The system's principal features include controlling the transfer of production engineering data to the shopfloor, as well as monitoring activity against a company-wide database of standard machining cycle and job time information.



Ronaldsway Aircraft Company

Ronaldsway Aircraft Company (RAC) was established in 1955 producing components for Martin Baker ejection seats and today, after five decades of investment in people and technology, it is one of the largest employers on the Isle of Man. Their customer base has expanded to include many aerospace primes including BAe Systems, Airbus and Rolls Royce for whom they supply a wide range of complex prismatic components, kits and sub assemblies. Ronaldsway Aircraft have just completed implmentation of 22 DLoG IPC's on a wireless LAN distributing CNC programs and associated production data to 50 machines at their Isle of Man factory.



Eaton Corporation

Eaton have recently invested in a DNC and Production Data Management system for their Havant facility. The system uses wireless serial servers to connect over 40 machines allowing flexibilty to move machines in the future.



TNT

As a market leader in global express, logistics and international mail services TNT have  invested in both DLoG's IPC & MPC terminals for it's parcel distributions centre at Atherstone and Kingsbury, Warwickshire

As one of the world's leading suppliers of paper-based and filmic self-adhesive labelstock, providing labelling solutions for demanding applications in product and information labelling in a vast array of end-uses, Raflatac Limited have just invested in DLoG's MPC terminals for their facility in Scarborough.
