The XMT 5/10 offers a robust mobile communications solution, even in fast roaming environments. Ideally suited for use on trucks of all kinds, including forklifts in intralogistics, it provides a reliable interface between the operator and your warehouse management systems.
The XMT combines a large 10-inch display, robust construction (IP 67) and a host of communications capabilities, making it the optimal solution for demanding applications such as container handling in ports.

The integrated WWAN module makes the XMT 5/10 a location-independent communications terminal. The WWAN solution communicates with EDGE 2.5G/GSM quadband 850/900/1800/1900, reaching transmission rates of up to 237 kbps (downstream).
The SIM card slot is easy to reach during installation or in case of changes, so the card can be replaced quickly and easily.

The WLAN antenna, as well as the antennas for the other wireless technologies, is custom-developed for the DLoG terminal, designed especially for it. That ensures that even during fast vehicle movements (even in a WLAN infrastructure, such as a fork lift), roaming works without problems and data communications are assured.
Especially in existing WLAN installations, a diversity antenna supports communications quite well, since it is less sensitive to obstacles, such as interference from metal shelves, than conventional antennas. The DLoG diversity antenna offers true spatial diversity, that is, there are two antennas transmitting and receiving independently - although the antenna is integrated.

With the built-in GPS module, it is easy to use the XMT 5/10 to record and process positional data. That makes the XMT 5/10 the ideal robust terminal to support the work process in transport and logistics and freight handling.
The integrated GPS module supports A-GPS, so it can achieve an accuracy of 2.5 m (CEP).

The built-in CAN bus interface makes it possible to read and directly process field bus data.
The XMT 5/10 supports the CAN 2.0A and CAN 2.0B identifier formats.
