As with all computer systems, support is of paramount importance. To get the most from your investment, you must have access to the source of the product. Only in this way can you be sure that you have the latest information.
DLoG (UK) Ltd recognise this need and supports all aspects of your system, both hardware and software.
Support Assistance when needed
All support staff have had intensive training on our products and we maintain a full system configuration at our premises in order to test out and answer your inquiries within a timescale acceptable in a manufacturing environment.
DLoG (UK) Ltd will repair or replace any defective or worn parts of the equipment as found necessary to maintain the equipment in good working order. We will provide periodic preventative maintenance on the equipment (at the discretion of DLoG (UK) Ltd) to ensure the equipment remains in good working order.
This service, unless otherwise agreed, is available between the hours of 8.30am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays). We offer a service that responds to the needs of our customers in a cost effective and professional manner.
Regular Enhancements Ensure your System Stays Up To Date
If applicable as part of the Software Support Service, you will automatically be sent all updates, software enhancements and relevant documentation.

DLoG (UK) Ltd was formed drawing on the wealth of experience from Symonds DMS, Sandvik Coromant and Sandvik Automation, resulting in an organisation with expertise across all areas of CIM. All our techncial staff have a minimum of 17 years experience of implementing and supporting DLoG products.
